Crisp the prosciutto by placing it in a hot oven for about 5 – 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
Score the Baking Brie then brush with garlic butter. Place in a baking dish with the figs, thyme, half the pistachios and a drizzle of hot honey. Bake at 180°C for about 12–15 minutes until soft and melty.
Remove from oven then drizzle the baked brie with hot honey, scatter over crispy prosciutto and remaining pistachios. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
