Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the Brie in a small oven-proof baking dish and lightly score a cross pattern on the top rind. Nestle the sliced garlic and rosemary leaves into the cheese, then cover with aluminium foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with Beerenberg’s ‘Fig + Pomegranate Paste’, bread, crackers and your choice of fruit and nuts.
