- 50g Udder Delights Double Cream Brie (about ¼ of a wheel at fridge temperature)
- Fresh tarragon (basil, sage, or parsley)
- 200mL Chain of Ponds Black Thursday Sauvignon Blanc
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- Pepper
