Air Fryer Baked Brie with Beerenberg’s Pomegranate Paste

INGREDIENTS
1 200g wheel Udder Delights Double Cream Brie
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
2 sprigs rosemary
1 jar Beerenberg ‘Fig + Pomegranate Paste’
1 baguette, sliced, to serve
Your choice of fruit, nuts and crackers, to serve
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the Brie in a small oven-proof baking dish and lightly score a cross pattern on the top rind. Nestle the sliced garlic and rosemary leaves into the cheese, then cover with aluminium foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with Beerenberg’s ‘Fig + Pomegranate Paste’, bread, crackers and your choice of fruit and nuts.
