Udder Delights... yesterday's cheese for today's people.
The Udder Delights Cheese Cellar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm (we are only closed Good Friday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day). For a tour of the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar go to the watch video link on our home page menu.
We are situated in the well known tourist town of Hahndorf – situated in the Adelaide Hills. We are literally a 30 minute car drive from the Adelaide CBD, and the bus stop is situated right out the front of our shop!
The Udder Delights Cheese Cellar is public face of the business (the cheese factory is not open to the public), where anyone can come and do a free cheese tasting while learning a lot about the cheese we make.
The Udder Delights Cheese Cellar is home to the following:
Free cheese tastings from 9:30am to 4:30pm
Licensed café serving all day breakfast and lunch until 4pm (see the menu below – we also serve great coffee and delicious home made cakes)
Cheese & Produce Shop – selling the whole Udder Delights cheese range as well as local produce and other Australian & International cheeses
Studio Apartment

Please contact us if we can help out with a private function or private booking – we have the perfect underground cellar to hold them in. We run one hour interactive cheese and wine master classes for groups at $15 per head – you will need a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 30 people. We are also able to organize a private cheese making class for groups at $120 per head – you will need a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 14 people.
The Udder Delights Cheese Cellar menu is below. Please keep in mind that the menu is likely to change to reflect seasonality – at time of posting the menu and prices were correct however they can change without notice. During busy festival seasons and public holidays it is likely that our menu is paired down to only offer platters and breakfasts – not all the meals. So if you have your heart set on something, please give us a call to avoid disappointment.
